09.12.2005 The National Student Music Awards have secured it's medium-term future with thanks to a generous Sponsorship agreement with the Bank of Ireland
Following on from the success of it's invovlement in the 2001 running of of the competition, Bank of Ireland have agreed a three-year deal with NSMA Ireland to ensure the competition continues towards the end of the decade
Not only will the BoI involvement give the NSMA the much-needed opportunity to plan ahead, it will also widen the scope of the competition, from the pespective of both the competitors and the organisers
Bank of Ireland will be running it's own independent in-branch competitions and other profile-raising schemes to bring the NSMA's emerging talent to a much wider audience and we expect the amount of mainstream coverage that the competition has been able to secure over previous years to be increased dramatically - good news for the entrants, especially good news for the finalists and winner.
